If this is a reading at full operating temp (200+) and flat level ground - then this is where you want to be. If it fills the little box that is above the top arrow (not shaded in your pic) then you have an "overfull" condition - but you look good to go

Good for you! Just look at the graphic the same way you would a dip stick. The top arrow represents completely full, the bottom arrow represents the minimum level that you would ever want the engine to show. I, like many here, am a bit on the '**** retentive' side, and always try to keep it at the top arrow or at least never below the first segment under the top arrow.
