Default New User - 05 997 Carrera S

Hi all,

I'm new to the 997 and this forum, but a long term driver/car enthusiast. After 5 or 6 BMW's (mostly M's) I upgraded to my 997. My business partner owned the car over the last few years and modified her to what she is today. I spent the last few years on the track chasing her tail lights and after he fell in love with a GT3, it was time for me to ****** her up.

Anyhow, hoping to be a part of this community. Some pics of my new/old friend below

Great looking cars and tastefully customized. Love the wheels on both the cars. Enjoy!

Sweet. Looks like he tried to turn the red one into a GT3 first. Have fun!

I like the black wheels. Good looking car. Have you upgraded the Intermediate Shaft Bearing? Very important.

As others have mentioned, very nicely done car with nice options from Porsche - extended leather, nav, Bose... The front end, rear bumper and valance look great. What is the manufacturer of the front end? I like that a lot. What exhaust are you running? Interesting that you would come from multiple BMWs to an '05 997S. I have owned 18 BMWs - including E30 and E36 M3s, LTW, M5, ITS 325is, 2002s, etc. Always regretted selling my '93 RSA, so I'm back in a 911.
