Default Need help locating self service car wash in North Scottsdale

I'm down there part time during the winter months and have not been able to find a self serve, coin / credit card operated spray wash so I can wash my car by hand.

Anyone who lives in North Scottsdale or Northeast Phoenix have any ideas?

Thanks

Never see those. Canyon Car Wash is one that comes up on my Google search. Looks like 7th street & Union Hills in north phoenix.

The Classic Car Spa has a hand wash for modest price and doesn't take too long when they aren't busy. It's on Scottsdale Road just north of Deer Valley.

Thanks. I found one last year on 19th Ave. south of 101 a couple miles, but it was in a sketchy area and had lousy water pressure.

I'll try the one you suggest. I've been to Classic before - they do a nice job as you say. I just like to take my time and enjoy the satisfaction from doing it myself.

I haven't watched my car at that one coin place. It's just the best that I found. I'm driving a lot this week and I'll probably notice one or two in north scottsdale.

Have you thought about using the 2 bucket method of washing your car in your own garage.

Yep - use the bucket method all the time, but every now and then I enjoy the pressure washer!

I've recently learned about the rinse-less, 2 bucket method and it's the way to go versus using a self service wash, especially since the solution has a polymer which helps prevent swirls.

There are several on the market and you can find them at large auto parts stores. I use Optimum Wash and Shine - as below - great stuff!
