Aye, perhaps I pay too much attention to detail...but i think the smallest details can make or break a car...

-The unpainted aero can also be painted from the factory (I've always thought painted looks better, but this just personal preference). However my point was that in the OP's car, there is a shade of black paint, a different shade/texture of aero, a shade of grey wheels, a different shade of grey caps, a shade of silver (lights), a different shade of silver/metal (wheels), and then some red.

-In the stock photo, I see only white, black, and silver, unless I really, really look for it. There's also no issues with the lines in the car.

-You need not compare the side mesh to the center mesh. Just look at the side grill mesh pattern angle vs the side grill angle. The mesh slants downwards towards the center, whereas the grill is horizontal (very clearly seen in the upper part of the passenger side mesh compared to the bumper line just above the mesh).

Pho King Fast

Possibly you could show us the direction you have taken with your car.

I just went out and checked the mesh. The mesh matches the angle of the slats in the side grilles. Rennline did a very nice job fabricating these parts. Which, in reality, are there to protect the radiators. There is a bit of an optical illusion/parallax error looking at the side intakes slats with the grills and radiators behind them.

Good thing you didn't see the brake calipers on that white car. They would be either red or yellow. What was the factory thinking?

I have the same Rennline mesh. It's very nice and works well. Alan the car looks awesome and I love those wheels and I wish Forgeline would had come through for me.

Mike,

Thanks. I am 100% happy with the way the wheels turned out.

Preferences will of course differ. Here is factory painted aero on the car I drive. Calipers are red, though not visible in these pics - my point was that the contrast and shapes in the pictures posted are very inconsistent.

The painted aero kit is nice but your car def needs to be lowered.

I think i can stick my head between your tires and fenders...

That is a few inches too much. We are talking about Pho's post, right?

IMO, this looks perfect:

Yep, best looking wheels out there in my opinion. 1st attempt I had fitment issues and then they had delivery issues and a year later I tried again and I just could not get Forgeline to deliver wheels at all.

So you had standard PASM and added lowering springs basically making it Sport PASM?

Here is my car with Sport PASM and the 1st set of Forgelines that I had to return...they looked great though. Also my stock wheels. The Forgelines were 19" for the track but I've gone back to 18" for the track because they work better.

There has to be a reason why the Porsche engineers set the car up the way it is?
