Finally decide to get rid of the 4x4 look. The front photo shows the Rennline grilles. Wheels are Forgeline GA3. The front tops are a bit too much to the inside. I put camber plates on for some additional camber. With the drop and plates I was able to get -2.5 in front, -2.0 in the rear.

very cool meaty wheels.....they're nice and thick huh? they look really nice.....
I personally would have gone a bit more aggressive on the offsets, a little close to th
fender for a flusher look........
still love the wheel choice though......
honestly I'm not a huge 'drop it' fan, but that's just me......still looks good, and no rivets!!! excellent

Looks good, although I never thought GTS looked like a 4x4 car!

I took it to Mid-Ohio shortly after having it lowered and aligned. On the ride up I didn't notice much a change in the ride. The on track performance wasn't bad at all considering it's a street car slightly lowered running on MPSSs. This is the closest to a stock car that I have driven on track in a long time. I'll change out the camber plates for GT3 LCAs this winter. That will move the top of the front wheels to the outside.
The top of the front wheel well is 26 1/4" and the rear is 26 5/8".
As to the cost it was about $1000 for the labor including the alignment.

Looks okay although I have to say stock looks much cleaner.
-Grill mesh. The 997 has very distinct and consistent lines - the bumper lines are horizontal but blend with the other lines that come from the rear of the car. This car's side grill meshes are slanted while the center grill mesh is horizontal. The gaps in the side grills are also hugely noticeable.
-Unpainted aero, larger distinct portions of chrome/polished (whatever) on the wheels, center caps, the car's black paint, crooked grill mesh, red calipers. This is just a bit too many different colors/shades/shapes going on at the lower part of the car.
-The stock wheels blend much better with the metallic accents on the car.
Looking at a stock picture of a GTS, I see 1 car. Looking at this one, I see bits and pieces, but perhaps thats mostly because the mesh and wheels really stick out.
Not quite a mess, not quite mickey mouse, but not quite clean.
