Default Different body widths?

Having a discussion with someone and the question came up about different body widths and I was not sure about the answer. What are the differences in widths between the base model Carrera, the S, the 4S and the turbo? Thanks in advance.

I copied this from Wiki but I think it's accurate. Basically, the AWD and performance cars have a 1" wider body.

Wheelbase

92.5 in (2,350 mm)
GT3: 92.7 in (2,355 mm)
GT3 RS: 92.9 in (2,360 mm)

Length

175.6 in (4,460 mm)
2005–06 Turbo S Convertible, GT3 & Turbo S: 174.6 in (4,435 mm)
Carrera 4 Cabriolet: 174.3 in (4,427 mm)
2007–08 GT3 & Turbo: 176.3 in (4,478 mm)
GT3 RS: 176.9 in (4,493 mm)

Width

2007–08: C4 C4S 72.9 in (1,852 mm)
Carrera, Carrera S & 2007–08 GT3: 71.2 in (1,808 mm)
2005–06 Turbo S: 72.1 in (1,831 mm)
2005–06 GT3: 69.7 in (1,770 mm)

Height

51.6 in (1,311 mm)
2005–06 GT3: 50.0 in (1,270 mm)
Carrera 4S: 51.2 in (1,300 mm)
Carrera 4S Convertible: 52.1 in (1,323 mm)
2007–08 GT3: 50.4 in (1,280 mm)
2005–06 Turbo S: 51.0 in (1,295 mm)

997.1 (and maybe 997.2) body widths:

Narrow bodies:
C2, C2S, GT3

Wide bodies:
C4, C4S, GT3RS, GT2, Turbo, Targa

Width difference between narrow and wide is 44mm.

I hope that wasn't directly copied from Wiki.

Just recall that the "S" models don't gain any width.

The AWD models are all wider.

The Turbos are wider to include the GT2.

The GT3 is considered a narrow body.

The GT3RS is the wide.

All the Targas (being AWD) are wider.

Exceptions to the rules (which came late in the 997 world) are the GTS which is wider regardless of the drivetrain.

Probably the most confusing is that the GT3 is narrow, and not wide like it's bigger brother the GT3RS.

The second most notable issue is that the width difference is only 44mm. Since there are about 25 millimeters to the inch, the difference is ever so slight. The biggest issue has to do with wheel offsets for one versus the other.

The rear of the 4WD cars and the GTS is 44 mm wider than the 2WD cars.

Given that 1 inch is 25.4 mm, the width difference is 1.732 inch total, or 0.866 inch per side.

Wow - I always thought the C2S, C4S and Turbo had the same width body and the base Carrera was the narrow body. I guess that I was wrong.
