Default PDK

So after taking Porsche in with dead battery and to check PDK again (Last time they had my car a week) they are telling me that the PDK in some way is draining the battery and has some issue's. It's getting to the point I believe they should just replace the PDK and move forward. Any suggestions? Anyone I can contact at Porsche?

Maybe replace the ECM, but not the tranny itself.
Any other shifting problems with the PDK?
First I've heard of a battery drain being related to a PDK transmission.

They already replaced the ECM last time which took a week to figure out. Yes shifting issue's. I tried to get the service tech to respond as to term he used but didn't get a response!
