1) Agree, the gong after unbelting just goes on and on. Too many bells and reminders. Windshield wiper solution low? Do I really need to know that every day until I fill it up?

2)My biggest hang-up is worrying about it. I won't go any place where I can't be away from other car doors. I'm always afraid of scratching the leather or denting the body.

3)The attitude of ******** with ego problems giving me **** all the time is getting old. But when I can have a road to myself all these peeves go away.

turning headlights on & off.
there should be an "auto" setting, like every other car on Earth.
other than that, no complaints

The greasy windows. What's on them that produce streaks instead of clear glass when you clean them?

Oh yeah, and the damn peeling climate control buttons on the 997.1s. If someone could figure out how to remanufacture those buttons (or simply refinish them with a durable factory look), that would be awesome. And no disrespect to Stickynomore, but I prefer not to have a sticker/decal on a repainted button.

new rattles and squicks come from front console are very difficult to trace. it is all fixable with some tape but now i gave up and just ignore it all.

gas tank is small for no reason - cup cars come with 1/3 bigger tank and it fits into any 997 series car, it is beyound me why they decided to install smaller tank into street cars. it is annoying.

I've never actually opened my sunroof, but it's very existence would be my number 1 annoyance.

Huh, I've always loved that 'feature' on my 996 because it reminds me that I'm driving a sports car and not my old man's Buick.
