Default 09 c2

Need some advice found a CPO'd C2 23,000 miles with Nav, heated seats and XM. No other options. Asking price is 57,000. Reasonable? and if so, can bluetooth be added to the Nav system?

Thanks

If it has nav, then it has Bluetooth in a 2009. At least, mine does and I don't remember it being an additional option after specifying the "PCM" which is Porsche speak for the Nav system in the center stack. Worth checking though because upgrading the PCM is a pricey thing to do.

Asking price sounds about right. I'm letting my 2009 C2S go for 53k wholesale because I don't have the energy for a private sale. Figure twenty percent difference between wholesale and retail, maybe a little less, and my C2S would be selling in the low to mid-sixties at retail. The S brings an extra ten grand at MSRP and around five in used sales. In the other direction, mine has forty thousand miles, not twenty-three. If that C2 is in clean condition and a PPI finds nothing of concern, than the price sounds right to me.

Of course, we have people who follow the book values closely. They may be able to give a closer estimate. But personally, I always remember that cars are toys after we get past the Fiat Uno class. No point in worrying about five percent up or down as long as you can get the one that gives you joy.

Hi Gary - not true on the Nav/Bluetooth. I've got a 09 997.2 C2 with Nav. I too automatically assumed it had Bluetooth when I bought the car as a CPO last year. However once I failed over and over to sync my iPhone, I took the car into the dealer who verified that it didn't have Bluetooth active. Of course with a code in the PCM, some wiring for the hands free, and $1500 I could get it! :-)

I'll be darned. Maybe the Bluetooth activation comes with the nav only in the S model or maybe it's part of those... can't think of the option name, but it's the little plugs inside my console compartment that you can never reach but they let you hire a contortionist to plug in USB flash drives for you. Bluetooth might be packaged as one more form of connection.

Incidentally, I added the Sport Chrono software to my car for $1,040 so it'd be a tough choice: Sport Chrono features or talking about them on my Bluetooth phone.

My '09 997.2 was a base model with PDK, Nav, Sport Chrono, Heated Seats, Dimming Mirrors. The original owner poured additional options into it - H&R's, PSE, Sport Paddle Wheel and CHR 19"s. I bought this CPO car with 21K miles. At the time, 3+ years left on the CPO or 100K miles. All told, $61K delivered to me here in LA. The OP's question of the price - is a good one I'd say. Here is a pic of my ride.
