Default Oil Leaking and Misfiring?

Ok so my 2005 Carrera has been giving me a few problems. I have the charging issue which I have narrowed down to my battery cable. But I also found an oil leak. I discovered the AOS hose is loose right behing the AC compressor. Is there a way to tighten that hose down? I have been getting misfire codes on almost all cylinders lately. I replaced all plugs and coils with no luck. Codes came back! Any chance just the AOS hose being loose and blowing air out can cause a misfire code? Thanks guys!

If the tube comes with a new AOS I agree.

But if you want replace just the tube and drive the car.

Keep both eyes peeled for any signs of any untoward behavior and if any appears get the car to a dealer pronto cause it is very likely the AOS has gone bad.

Sincerely,

Macster.

Thanks Macster but I have no smoke on start up or ever, and no strange sounds. I think my AOS is ok. Also the tube doesnt come with the AOS, need it no matter what. Already ordered from my local P Dealer.
