Considering Air is ~78.084 percent Nitrogen, you'd need some pretty sophisticated measuring and delivery devices to compensate for the slight differences in atomic weight (N=14/O=16) and physical properties of the ~20.946 percent O2 and >1 percent trace gases that you are eliminating if you use N alone.
