Thanks for all the advice guys. I'll def heed to it. Aside from the advice from the replicas, could you lend your opinion on which of the 2 would look better on a black C2?
Someone mentioned these are for the WBs cars and not NBs...mind telling me what WB and NB means? Ha.
These are my other option too.

I wasn't apologizing for singling out the Chinese as manufacturers of those wheels and I agree that their reputation for poor quality products is often well deserved. Personally, I wouldn't put any wheel on my Porsche that didn't meet the highest OEM standards regardless of where they were made, but I know some others don't feel the same, so I was trying not to come across too strongly.
To the OP: if what you want are black wheels (a matter of taste I suppose, personally I prefer silver wheels, period), have you considered simply having yours powder-coated? I fancy that'd be rather less costly, and you'd still have OEM specified rims.

My Ruf replica (aka knock-offs) are TUV and appear to be solid, lighter than the originals, and I've already hit a few potholes and no bends. Having said that, I had a near $7K HRE set on my M3 that SCREAMED BEND at the slightest pothole. However, for performance I know I can do better as even though they're slightly lighter than Ruf, that's not saying a whole lot.
Also, the turbo offset fits perfectly on the narrow body - that's what I'm running with 295s on the rear - it can easily handle a 305 with no rubbing.
It's a nice-looking wheel, but I'm not a fan of 20" on the 997 series.

I got them from RotTec (Ray). The wheels are available in hyper silver (standard), gray metallic, and black. The price shipped with matching center caps was $1500 because of the gray metallic paint/clear coated, otherwise, silver is $1200.
I went with a 295 in the rear but now regret not getting 305s. They're Turbo (11") offsets and perfect for a narrow body.
The drop is slightly lower now as I took these pictures right after I had the coil overs installed.

I purchased a set of replica wheels from OEM Wheels a few years ago for my Range Rover Sport. I bought the 20" Stormer wheels.
The wheels were outstanding and a perfect replica. Never had any issues with them.
I am actually fairly disappointed in the way my Lobsters have been holding up with regard to the finish. I just hand washed the car yesterday and there are a number of paint finish issues that are arising.
I have never curbed the wheels and have only hand washed it since I bought it with 3,500 miles on it. The wheels should not be wearing like they have.
I may just buy a set of the Turbo II wheels as well from OEM Wheels.

Thanks everyone for the great info and advice.
So I guess I'm still in between the Turbo II's (either the black center or the gun metal) or the ruger ones up above.
Any last pieces of suggestions? (versus the merits of a replica) Thanks!
