Santa Barbara Avon walk for the cure Sept.22,23rd
We are traveling from Seattle to Santa Barbara to attend the Avon Walk for the Cure. If there are local Porsche club members available for the weekend it is a great cause and a fun day. Last year in SF the Mini club volenteered to run the course giving support and cheer to the walkers. Very festive event and a nice way to share your and your passion.
Also any guidance on places to stay, things to see are greatly appreciated. Yes we are driving down.

There are many great places to stay in Santa Barbara. I would recommend staying downtown at the Canary Hotel at Chapala and Carillo Streets. As an alternative you can stay at the Red Lion on Cabrillo Boulevard right on the water.
Plan on spending Sunday morning the 23rd on Coast Village Road near Montecito to see our Cars and Coffee gathering. You will find it to be an incredible collection of rare autos. Starts at 8:30am.
