Anyone know what color the 997 Turbo S is on the Porsche site?

The color is Ice Blue Metallic, color code H3

It was an available color on the 2011 Turbo S but was discontinued for 2012 production. Ipanema Blue appeared on the options list as a replacement and its a much darker color. You can get Ice Blue on any car but it would have to be a Paint to Sample order and would take about an extra month from a regular order.

I've actually never seen it in person or photographed it, but from the photos that I've seen of the Turbo S at autoshow where it was first presented I really liked it. Try a google image search for ice blue and you'll see some better photos. The images on the Porsche website are 100% computer generated.

Come to think of it, I don't even have a color sample of it and we never had an Ice Blue car in our store.

Yeah, it's Ice Blue Metallic - and we have a full line of Bumper and Door Plugs in this finish.

They really screwed with everyone when they announced this, then they could not get it right on the different materials of the vehicle. Funny thing is, Kia, Subaru and Hyundai all have a color within 95% of Ice Blue Metallic, and their panels all match. Go figure.
