Go to a reputable muffler shop and show the pictures in this link.

Shipping will probably be $60 each way for FD so that is a little expensive. Downtime is 2-3 hours if you do the work yourself and do the exchange.

I haven't done it yet but it appears to be pretty easy. You just need to spray the nuts and bolts liberally with WD40 or Penetrating Oil (preferred) the night before you do the work so everything comes apart easily. You'll also need to get the rear end jack up so you can access the mufflers. I understand removing the rear wheels help you access the brackets that hold the mufflers. The pipe clamps are easy to assemble and disassemble just spray well with penetrating oil. I will do the work the weekend after next so I'll post some pictures.

I got mine done in Maryland custom exhaust shop.
I didn't want to remove the mufflers myself. I guess I am too lazy.

Well, it was close to 60 mile drive for me to get to the shop. But, I really didn't want to get under the car. They did a pretty good job on mine and I love my car even more after the hack. It sounds awesome...

I decided to go with FD Motorsports because I really wanted the chrome ceramic finish which helps with heat and looks bad *** behind the wheels. Plus, I've seen some of the pictures of the work that some of these guys posted from their local muffler shops and the hack looks "hacked" up. The poor welds look scary and I don't know if they're using Stainless Steel MIG or Stainless Steel Pipe. FD"s stuff look beautifully welded and I know it's going to last. Plus, my Porsche deserves the best and I like that it keeps the stock look and feel. I also polished up my SS tips and they look chrome now.
