Congrats on your "new" Pcar! Tell your GF that Porsche builds Boxsters and Caymans for that reason. Easier vision from the drivers seat and you still are driving a Porsche.

Conratulations, beautiful car! I still remember the night I drove my first 911 off the lot almost 20 years ago!

Congrats. I have a 2001 Boxster, but my 2011 GTS was also my first 911. Enjoy.

Awesome car!! I love the way those rear tail lights look on your white GTS! I find it odd that your GF can't find an acceptable driving position. The 911 has such an incredible range of seating position and the hood is extremely low. My wife drives the 911 and I wouldn't have it any other way. Makes it much easier for her to appreciate my passion for cars.

Congrats to you too. I guess there's a bunch of us going through midlife crisis or just being the right time for us to get one.

I think we all just need some growl in our lives to liven up the vanilla of the day to day...

Could someone clarify what is specific to the GTS models?

Thanks.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that these are the differences.

1) powerkit that increases hp from 385 to 408.
2) sport design front end
3) rocker panels from ????
4) blacked out rear apron
5) PSE included
6) extra alcantara interior bits
7) 2wd drivetrain but the wider rear of the C4/turbo models
8) RS spyder centerlock wheels in black
