Erase codes, swap around (or replace) spark plugs and coils on those cylinders, start car again and see if misfires will move around too.

And disconnect maf sensor too during test. Then try with it connected

I had the same code just last week, cleaned my MAF sensor and cleared the code and it hasnt reappeared.
