Click on User CP top left
Then Edit Profile Picture
From there you can link to your own pic or upload a pic to the board directly.
If you want to upload, be sure the pic is properly sized for the board to accept it.
(500x400 or 97.7k whichever is smaller)

If you need to re-size a pic to fit these constraints, try a free application like Mihov Image Resizer.

Another option for re-sizing and upload was suggested to me by another 'lister.

Go to this link --> http://tinypic.com/?t=postupload

Select "Upload Now!" then browse your computer for the picture you want to upload. After selecting the picture, select "resize" and the "message board (640x480)" option. Once the photo has finished uploading, copy the tag at "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards". Go back to Rennlist and make your post and then select the "insert image" icon that is just above the message typing block (about 2/3 across from left to right). Delete the "http://" and paste the image information in the blank box. Delete the " from the front and back of the tag and select "OK".

Just remember that profile picture is not avatar picture.

So edit profile, and edit avatar if you want a pic next to your name when you post.
