Both require the same simple installation. (They are just modified stock cans)
Most any shop could do it in an hour. It is also a fairly simple DIY.

The gundo is the actual act of creating the cross pipe ie not an easy DIY but pretty easy for a muffler shop to fabricate. Fisters are the cans already gundo'd so all you need to do is take off the old cans and install the new Fisters. Any garage can do that or you can DIY

Just had Fabspeeds installed. Similar labor effort to remove old and install new mufflers.

"Book time" is 2.75 hours per Porsche. Most charge 2 hours labor.

I had my local Porsche dealer charge 2 hours ($250) as they were also doing my end of warranty checkout. Indy quotes were between $195 and $220.
