Can anyone help me find this connector? I don't even know what to search for and i went to a local auto shop here and they couldn't help me.

Could it be half of a inline fuse holder ?

If it's a single wire you could cut off the connector and solder/crimp on a similarly sized connector from Napa etc. Or even fused if you wanted. Buss makes good connectors.
