Lowes and/or Home Depot sell some ceiling mounted storage racks that would hold many of those plastic storage boxes. I installed some of them in my previous garage which was small and they worked very well. Just a thought.

Thanks everyone. I'm getting these HREs (P40SC in brushed tinted finish):
Tim - I'm actually going to completely finish my garage to include polyurea floor, high-mount storage, a lift, etc. Just a little delayed thanks to my new toy...
