The chirping noise sounds a little too close together to be a serpentine belt. Cost you $20 to find out. While you have the belt off check the pulley bearings by spinning and moving back and forth. The bearing shouldn't feel loose and should run smoothly.

It might have something to do with Sport Mode. If there is some kind of butterfly valve in the exhaust that is broke. I'm not sure how that system works as my car isn't equipped with it.

Open the hood and do another video from up top.
