Nice , i have a 09 ZR1 and a 997.1 S so i know what you are saying. I get asked all the time about comparing the two. The two cars are night and day and lucky for me I thoroughly enjoy driving each.

Nice ride! I wear my Corvette Museum T-Shirt all the time when driving my Porsche. In fact...about 20 Cars and 30 people from the Nashville Porsche Club went to the Corvette museum last month.
Welcome!

I ran him over in my first Porsche a couple houses down from me. He's about a 3', and seemed pretty healthy until he met Mr. Michelin.
Homer creeps me out, so we're even

Congrats, beautiful color combo. I also went from an 06 to an 09 C2S Cab. I've driven my buddy's Z06 several tomes and I wholeheartedly agree with your post. The Z06 is definitely fun in its own regard. Your wife must love sports cars for you to own both.

My wife is a good ole southern gal from Charlotte, and yes, she loves sports cars. She actually egged me on to get another Porsche - gotta love that!
She had her own motives though. She was intimidated by the Z06, and never got used to the torque. It takes a fair amount of feathering to drive that car smooth, and she never got the hang of it. She calls the Porsche "her" car, so Sunday when I was cleaning up, I asked her to help, and she clayed the whole car! I guess I'll keep her, since I've got 32 years invested so far....

That's the Mojave version of the western diamondback. Nasty booger with a cocktail of both neuro and hemotoxins that vary quite a bit by region. Difficult bite to treat.
