Basically, the new strip with the Five buttons, instructions and some release codes for the dealer to essentially program the sport, sport plus, launch control features. The release codes also unlocked the individual settings which can now be controlled through PCM instead of requiring the dealer to change them.
Its basically a pay to play set up. But well worth it (entirely different feel now).
