Inskip in Warwick RI has a wheel guy who comes by every week. You might want to check with whatever dealer you use to see if they offer that service.

google wheel refinishers in your area and then get references on their work to check them out.

That situation is the case for most of the 997 wheels--fronts, only.

It's best to have a rubber mat or good thick towel. Too late for you, however!

I discovered it the hard way as well when I found one of my paver stones was up a bit and resulted in the same issue.

Been there done that.
Buff, clean, apply touch up paint to the single scratch with toothpick, smooth out, buff, wax. Lesson learned. Now there's an extension on the socket when I work the lug bolts.
