I think it's a knockout! I'd swap our 987 for one in a heartbeat.
But, where did this body cut-line come from? Sore thumb.

Nice catch. 991 convertible doesn't have that. Guessing the cayman will and that area below the cutline will be identical to what's used on the boxster. I imagine it's easier and costs less to work with the smaller body panels in that area.

Love the 981, very nicely executed!
But i will be keeping the Spyder, I cant imagine that the 981 will match the visceral experience.

They'll introduce a 981 Spyder version in a few years so you have something to move up to...

Wow..that GT Silver and carrera red interio looks absolutely stunning. If I wasn't so much into my 09 C4S I could see a trade now...but talk to me in 2-3 yrs and a CPO one will likely be in strong consideration for an S or Spyder model. Can't wait to see what the new Cayman lines are...anybody seen it yet?

I can live with everything except the headlights, which are almost as ugly as the fried-egg look of the 996 (2000-forward).

Love the new styling. The sculpted lines and larger side-scoops given it a brawnier look. I presume it still retains the retractable spoiler? With the line now flowing into the taillights, I wonder how it'd look with the rear spoiler deployed?
