Hi Everyone,
Well stupid me!![banghead](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/banghead.gif)
I went away on vacation for about 2 weeks and came back to a dead battery, ironic thing is I just order the Porsche Battery tender yesterday.
My question is, since my car is brand new, how does this affect the battery overall? I know its not a warranty issue but having drained the battery do I now need to replace it or can I just use the battery tender to recharge it?
Please advise!
thank you in advance
Well stupid me!

If the battery is still fairly new you should be able to save it.
I would charge it first to the point where it can start the car on it's own. Making the charging system do the recharging is certainly possible but hard on the system.
