I think it's actually a pretty straightforward question, and asked anonymously, should provide reliable results.
But, when you consider the source is Consumer Reports, who's been known to draw conclusions on miniscule samples, I wouldn't get too carried away with the findings.
That being said, I would not be surprised to hear that MOST 911 buyers are happy enough with their cars to buy another. Reading this forum, it seems that many of us already have.
