Default Orange tuning - Poor communication with problem

Just an FYI - I;ve emailed Frank at OT several times since Sept 9th because the driver side rear dectane is not working properly. Even with resistor
getting check light error. Frank is aware and said just email him. But no responses for nearly 2 months. I even emailed directly on their website.
So I would proceed with caution.

great metaphor...I will use that in the future. People in my organization say they emailed someone as if they had a real conversation, and are frustrated that things aren't getting done. Very frustrating.

thanks!

Well if there's an email link on their web page I think it is reasonable for the consumer to assume that it works. And if it repeatedly doesn't then that's a problem with the company and not the consumer.

Agree that it is very reasonable to expect an email response...but if that doesn't work try the phone. That's all that was suggested.

After Frank sent me the wrong items, he asked that i send them to another customer and he'd reimburse my costs. I did so but no reimbursement and no response to emails. So I'm supposed to spend more $$ to call overseas? I think not.

Seems to be a pattern developing here.

Maybe ivangene can come up with another excuse.

Thinking......

hey I know....

Perhaps if you build this giant wooden badger.......

look poor customer service and poor quality is just sucky, I have done many many transactions with people over the years and have and will continue to have very high customer service. For me it is NOT the right way to conduct business, it IS the way I live my life.
to the new post I say...have you tried to call ? how much can a call really cost ..$5? and if it saves you a headache and worry, or answers the question and the guy tell you to bugger off...you can stop thinking about it....for $5!!!

how did you pay for this stuff...file a claim with your credit card, paypal or carrier pigeon - go online and tell people he sucketh

Then I will taunt you a second time.............

Ed,

The problem is that the vendor ate the OP's carrier pigeon.
