After years of going back and forth, I finally bought my first Pcar, an '05 C2S Cabriolet. The search lasted around 4 months, and when I was about to give up the search for another year, I found the perfect one with everything I was looking for. Here are the particulars:
-20K on the clock
-Arctic Metallic Silver
-Full Black Leather
-6spd manual
-Navigation
-1 owner
-Painted rear console
-Sport Short Throw shifter
-Full Power/Heated Seats
-Bose "upgrade"
-Porsche Crests in Headrests
-Aluminum Foot Rests
-Metal Door Carrera S Insignia
I added:
-Clear Side Markers
-Dension 500 Ipod Integration with AudioEngine Wireless Ipod System
The only option that would have been nice is the Sport Chrono, but I love the clean look of the full leather dash without it. I've attached some mediocre pics.
My previous car was an 05 Merc CLK500 Cabriolet. There is absolutely no comparison between the 2. I find myself never wanting to stop driving...

For the PSE, do I just have the exhaust installed, or do I also need the software and "sport" button installed? I think Suncoast offers the software/button upgrade as well as the exhaust system?

Just a suggestion, but since the default mode for PSE is "on" (flaps open), and since PSE sounds so great without being overbearing that you'll likely have it on all the time anyway, you might consider saving a chunk on installation and not install the electronics/button/software. In fact, installing only the PSE mufflers is a reasonable DIY job if you are so inclined; I did it on my 996. In any event, congrats on a beautiful first Porsche!

Very nice. Love the rims and ordered them on my previous 997.1 because they had the added benefit of being easy to clean. You'll be loving them too, more and more, every time you wash your car and it doesn't take you 45 to 60 minutes just to get the dust off them! Congrats.

Nice! Looks very familiar! I envy your open air top down. Enjoy. I would suggest to look around for other exhuast options as well, I.e. Borla... Very nice and probably my next upgrade.

I use mine about 95% of the time. Only time I leave it off is
(1) when on the phone
(2) creeping back to the ranch late at night
(3) Passing police
