Default Stopping water intrusion to the trunk and door sills

Everytime I wash my 997 there is water under the door and in the trunk. It doesn't get past the door molding but it seems that there should be something that stops the water from entering. Have others noticed this?

With the door sills I had some warranty work done to replace the seals. The carpet was wet etc...

Dry about 90-95% with the leaf blower, and then finish with a quality waffle weave drying towel. The door jambs, and frunk, and trunk, all need to be wiped out, too.

They're designed to work that way--no way to avoid it.

Heres the situation; when you wash the car, you (maybe) dry it off.
You have only dont 1/2 the job. You also dry all the door jambs, undersides of trunk and hood, and jambs, everywhere there is water.
If you want a clean car, you have to do this. If you want the car to look in a new or show condition, you have to do all this. Theres no way to disguise it, or hide it, because it can always be seen.

I just wipe the water away with my drying towel, just like the outside of the car. Completely normal and expected.
