You should be able to reuse them as long as the bolts are not scored or seized/binding. Just make sure to apply a caliper pin lube such as permatex or loctite. The brake sensor should be replaced as the metal material wears with use until it breaks. Also the wire itself becomes very fragile and can break while transferring it to the new brake pads.

I can't comment on the bolts, but I can tell you the sensors are very difficult to remove without breaking them. Even if they haven't started to wear at all, they get very brittle from the heat. I attempted to re-use them when I did the brakes on the Cayenne. And I found myself at the parts department mid way through the brake job because the sensors were crumbling when I tried to pull them out.

At $32 it's hard to argue against changing them. When you look at the total cost of a track weekend it is a small item.

I generally replace mine, but admittedly not every single time. Also, I change pads on the front without removing the calipers, so I don't replace the bots since I don't take them out. I will soon need new rotors, so I will replace the bolts at that time.
I track my car frequently so I removed my pad sensors and tied up the wires, so I can't comment on this. I know they were very hard to remove without breaking, but I admittedly wasn't really trying.
