I have noticed an oil dampened area around the oil cap and filler tube in about a 6-8" circle around the cap and a little further down the tube. I cant see any cracks in the tube nor does it appear that the cap is leaking as I cant see any evidence of residue. However I presume replacing the cap is the likely first step?

I noticed that the leak started after a track day

Any suggestions or thoughts before i have to take it to the dealer?
