Yes. My cowl was quite faded, and there was a dark spot where I had mounted my magnetic XM antenna on top of it for a year and a half. The Back to Black darkened it all to the same consistent shade of black. I'll see if I can get some photos in daylight tomorrow.

Update: See photo below of cowl treated with Back-to-Black.

because of this thread, I went out and bought Mother's Back to Black. It worked like magic. I recommend it!
