I have a winter tire/wheel set for sale, see post this forum
FWIW, I had good luck with my 18" Carrera III wheels and Pirelli Sottozero tires -- appropriate sizing for NB 997. They're for sale (traded my 2010 C2S), in the For Sale forum, and cross-posted here.
3000 miles on the tires, no flats, no issues.

i do not think it is good idea to have snow tires on 19" rims. 18" tires will have higher sidewalls, are way cheaper and it ultimately is way more convinient to have those snow tires mounted on a separate set of rims than to re-mount your summer rubber. i would get cheap 18" OZ rims and put on 235/265 michelin PA2 or similar not so expensive tires on them.
