I just saw that video that Adias posted... interesting video, but the quote below

It's clear to me that Porsche is and has been pushing the PDK.
We have truly gone done some weird rabbit hole when an automated trans is called sporty and the classic sports car/ race car stick shift is now the comfort trans.
This is good to know though. I'll just repeat this to my self over and over next time I'm stuck in stop and go traffic on Rt.78.
