Unhappy ignition switch does always work?

Over the past couple of weeks I have tried to start my targa and a few times it seems dead. Pull out the key start all over again and the car starts fine. I have a new battery 4/11 so I doubt that it is battery and no lights go on when it doesn't start so I think the ignition switch is going. Is this someone else has experienced?

Yes. This was happening to me about two months ago. It was the ignition switch. I had Porsche replace it.
I originally thought it was a clutch sensor, however, no message appeared on the dash.
Kind of odd for a car with 14k miles on it.

i have some similar issues, only everything else seems to work just fine. Issue is intermittent. (Never any loss of lights, etc) Car is new. Could it have anything to do with the auto-disable setting (not sure that's what it's called).
