Completely agreed on using the parking brake, turning wheels, etc.

However, I have also noticed that setting the parking brake on hot brakes is not effective. When the brakes cool down they shrink in size enough that there is no effective braking action. A strong pull on the e-brake lever helps. So far she hasn't rolled but the incline is also very shallow. Anyone else notice this?

Yeah, I could let the brakes cool down but this is after normal commute and I need to get to work. So I cannot wait that long.

there are adjustment holes for parking brakes in the rear rotors - review how it gets done and adjust your parking brake. it must 'bite in' at 3rd-4th click.

Thanks for the tip. I seem to have enough adjustment but will check before I head home. I had a similar issue on my old S4 but the 911 is much worse. I suppose it is because the brakes are much larger and thereby allow for more contraction as they cool.
