Not so much of an accident, but a tragedy any way you look at it.
Two innocent people dead, a father and daughter. Her husband seriously injured.
Drugs and alcohol offences in the background of the perpetrator - possibly a suicide attempt.
Tragedy.
Would be no less so if he was driving a rusted out Plymouth.
Sad beyond belief.

Gods Peace to the family memebers of those who were killed. May this dirt bag rot in jail.

I read about this. I was in the area when this happened, but did not see it. Sad. Crazy.

WHY kill innocent victims, crash a great car, and cause so much mayhem to commit suicide??? JUST JUMP OFF A BRIDGE, or shoot yourself in the face! What a selfish *****!

Reminds me of years ago when people were jumping off skyscrapers in NYC--never thinking, nor caring, about who they might kill on the way down.

I think this is siginificantly worse, when driving to oncoming traffic, YOU KNOW, you're going to kill someone by crashing into them!

I know... it's just unacceptable. My heart goes out to those who were affected by this terrible incident.

I survived a suicide attempt by a guy who got his Toyota truck going about 100mph heading north on Rt. 71 in Medina Ohio, put a 32 cal. pistol to his head and pulled the trigger. He came across the center strip and hit me head on. This was two weeks before Christmas, the guy was 41 with a wife and kids.... At first I was happy to be alive and then I was furious that he almost killed me... The jerk could have just as easily hit a station wagon with a load of kids onboard...

+1

Remind of that other selfish woman who killed herself and 5 children (2 of hers and neice/nephews) by driving to oncoming traffic somewhere outside NY.

Glad you were lucky.

What I seriously don't get, is WHY didn't he just pulled the trigger at home?!

You can't make sense of it because it's crazy. The definition of crazy kind of implies that rational people won't be able to figure out why crazy people do sh#t. Besides if he pulls the trigger at home he doesn't get to imagine how he will make the news and have the only 15 minutes of fame (infamy) he's ever had in his pathetic life. Crazy.

This is simply a tragedy. No need to comment further.
