Default Washed/Detailed... post your pics

'08 C2S Guards Red on Black

My younger son and I spent 14 hrs detailing her this weekend: thorough wash, clay bar(Adams), polishing compound(Meguiars Professional for the rest), a pure polish, waxed all surfaces twice(NXT 2.0 then #26), 3rd coat of wax on all the forward facing surfaces, and a 4th coat on the nose(a little more protecting against road debris). The p-dealer I purchased her from 4 months ago did an awful job of detailing her... swirl marks everywhere. We got 95% of them out. Tough to polish out those A pillar areas and the spoiler. Not sure if the low res pics will do her justice but here you go. Post a pic when you have yours nice and presentable.

May have to try the magician next time... it was a good father-son project with notable results, however, from now on it should be normal wash/wax vs. the full paint correction we did. Thanks for the rec.

Here's mine after washed, clay, polished, and 4 coats of Klasse sealant glaze about a month ago.

Here's mine after getting my BBS-CH-R's installed! Need to clay her though this year. Do it once a year and then Rejex the paint. Guess the Texas heat has kept me from doing it so far! Enjoy.

Your car looks amazing!

I'm not normally a fan of the red pin stripe on the wheels look, but with all the black/red touches on your car, it really works well.

WOW - some beatiful cars and pictures. I took my pics with a Canon 7D and used JPEG sizer to produce pictures that would download from the high res the camera takes. Here's mine.
