Talking Inexpensive iPhone Integration

Looking for a bluetooth in-car speaker that can also transmit your iPhone music through the car speakers, is battery operated and auto shuts off?

I just bought the Motorola "Roadster" and love it! less than $60.

Hands free with as little muss and fuss possible. Sure, there's lots of hardware to mate phones to speakers or earpieces but maybe that is too expensive or technological for a lot of people. I guess you'd just have to make it look non-geeky but is it possible that simplicity also works?
