Inexpensive iPhone Integration

Looking for a bluetooth in-car speaker that can also transmit your iPhone music through the car speakers, is battery operated and auto shuts off?

I just bought the Motorola "Roadster" and love it! less than $60.

That's actually brilliant. I wonder if there is a market for some type of cradle that slips on your head and holds your phone close enough to your ear/mouth. Hands free with as little muss and fuss possible. Sure, there's lots of hardware to mate phones to speakers or earpieces but maybe that is too expensive or technological for a lot of people. I guess you'd just have to make it look non-geeky but is it possible that simplicity also works?
