I have always figured that you essentially have to double the price of one in the USA to get one in Asia. Americans are extremely fortunate--they are able to buy a Porsche for significantly less than most of the rest of the world!
For all that money, you would think that you would get all THREE pedals, however!

Happy trails to you. The silver wheels do look good, not the usual dark. The black interior is my pick for silver exterior. May I ask ask the expected annual insurance premium? Do you know the average cost for a parking space in downtown HK?
I'll never bitch about buying a new tag again!

Congrats on your new purchase. I see you have the PDK. I am curious about the available roads where you live in Taiwan? Do you have the ability to "exercise" the legs of your new GTS?
Simply beautiful.

hi Mark, been here for the last ten years and was able to find some beautiful roads in mountain and by the coast. The highways has some amazing curve with stunning scenery. I grow up in Toronto and had spent some time in NY and LA, I have not seem anything like it here. These roads are perfect for me to "cruise" and enjoy the scenery. A new track should be available soon in south of Taiwan, I can't wait to track there as well.

I took some more photos after I got off work and thought to share with you all (with better camera). The one thing I regret was the Ceramic brake, which would've been much nicer.... what do you guys think? is it sufficient for weekend drive and occasional track?

should make for a nice drive out to Fulong Beach (especially winding it out through that long tunnel)

PCCB is horrible for the track. Search the GT3 997 forum to read about ice mode, cost of rotors and so forth.
