The front trunk holds two cases of wine.

Also, your car has the ability to lower the IQs of the drivers of any pickup trucks, Land Rovers, BMW 3-series, Priuses, Volvos, and Windstar minivans within 200 meters by about thirty points on average.

Here's one you all probably know...

I learned that a $5 oil filter removal tool, 76mm and 14 flats will do the same work that a ~$40-$60 Porsche Filter removal tool.

Here's the way I heard the same joke in 1967 from Dick Cavett -
The young man rinsing his hands at the sink says to the other, " At Harvard we wash out hands after we pee". The other young man says, "At Yale we wash our hands BEFORE we pee."

> always loved that joke!

Q: Why is the ignition/key on the left side of the steering column?
A: It was strategically placed there for racing at LeMans in the early days of Porsche... The driver would run to the car, reach for the gear shift with the right hand, and put the key in the ignition with the left...

Not specific to the 997, but trivia nonetheless....

Was driving the 356 today and it, too, has the ignition on the left. Been there a long time for most Porsches.
