Just got my annual service done at Carlsen Porsche. Had a coupon for $169. Pretty good deal. Here's a report.
- 13,345 miles (06 C2S)
- Got the oil changed. Good times.
- Tires have 12mm, good to go (only have 500 miles on them).
- Full inspection, including RMS. Everything looks tight.
- Brakes have 75% left all around. I need to go harder.
- Had some squeaks from the cab top and rear spoiler. Lubricated and fixed.
- Had rattle in driver window and center console buzz. Apparently they lubricated and adjusted. Seem to be gone.
- Intermittent rattle in passenger front bose speaker. They could not reproduce. Nothing fixed.
- They pumped the tire pressures up to 36/44. Car actually feels great with those pressure (Mich Pilot Super Sports). I'm going to try these for a while.
- My PSE sounds louder and better after the service. No clue why.
The only concerning thing is that when the service writer entered my VIN it didn't show up as a CPO car, even though it is. This is my 3rd time taking the car to the dealer in 1 yr and this is the first time I was made aware of this. They double checked with Porsche and there is no record. I was told to contact the selling dealership, and hear sometimes they don't do a good job of entering CPO status into the system. I have all the paperwork that shows it's CPO, so hopefully this is just a small bump.
That's all.

12mm? Do you have heavy duty off-road tires? ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
36/44 in your car is for max load (4 adults and full luggage).
33/39 is the correct PSI for up to 2 adults and light luggage.

I too have a cab an had the dealer fix various rattles/squeaks last year and now they are back but car is out of warranty. I am not will to pay $150hr rate to tech to lube or ... the cab top to eliminate noise.

The coupon was specific to Carlsen Porsche. It was mailed to me, I misplaced it, but I told them that when I set up my appointment and they honored it anyway. Normal price is $349 I believe.
$499 sounds like bizarro world to me, for an annual service?
