Got a GTS
I sold my 2006 C2S (X-51) last month to a fellow forum member. The plan was to order a Turbo S and I had a slot for a July build September delivery. Changed my mind and found a GTS. Got it last week and just getting around to posting photos.
Only 250 miles so far. Not enough seat time to make any meaningful comparisons to my old car. A couple of observations so far:
The trunk (boot) is smaller. The PCM and PASM are better. PSE with DFI is quieter. PDK works best in sport. Jury is still out on PDK for me. I keep pushing down with my left foot to start the car. I guess it will take me awhile to forget the clutch.

Adaptive Sport Seats
Heated seats
XM
Dynamic cornering light
Park Assist (I know it's a sign of weakness...but I like it)
White seat backs/ instrument dials

ceramic window tint (50%)...got to have it in the desert

As for the "quieter" sound, have you considered replacing the 3rd (center) muffler with the Sharkworks cross over pipes? It is a direct/easy swap and you don't have to jack up the car or remove the rear bumper cover to do it. I believe the 3rd muffler on the 997.2 is killing the sound on the stock mufflers and the PSE mufflers

Oh WOW...that is super nice.....I have Sport PASM in my 09 Carrera S and really like it....great street/track suspension. I agree PDK in Sport mode is the best when in auto mode. Porsche has normal auto mode programed for best MPG.
You have a sharp car, the best of the street 997's....enjoy!...Perfect color too!

Having an X-51 myself, I am looking forward to your comparisons. Does your GTS have PSE?
