Default Suncoast spare kit... what are the differences...

http://www.suncoastparts.com/product//997STK.html

There's a selection of coupe/cab/targa... what would the difference be in the kit?
I would think the car itself makes no difference in the contents of the kit.

It must have to do with the mounting base for the kit. Isn't the size of the back seat area different among the three cars?

Cabs certainly are more "erect" in seatback position. Wow.. $1,000 for the priviledge of passengers wondering why you have a spare in your back seat

I bought these parts, which I believe comprise the Cayman Kit.

987-722-061-01 Tire cover (old part number 987-722-061-00)
996-362-020-04 Emergency wheel (old part number 996-362-020-03)
996-722-101-00 Emergency wheel insert
996-721-211-00 Jack

The tires are the same. Tire size 185/60-17. The cover has the external straps and I used them to mount the set in the trunk. These parts don't include the mounting base shown in the Carrera. For my own case I prefer the trunk solution instead of the back seat.

any of the red brake cars, like 02 and up will take the red/orange 17" spare. You can find them on ebay/junk yd for $150 up. Then most 944/ and 911 scissor jacks will work, about $40 up on ebay. And theres your kit.
They will fit in the front of a 996 laying down or 997 sitting 45 angle.
