it seems like it. after one rain my lights were clear. so far this procedure seems to work. actually i tried this before with my old mb. the mb having cleaneable lenses, i cleaned it. apparently i was not able to dry it out enough that when it rained moisture inside the lenses appeared. i would just open the back cover, the one used for replacing the bulbs, and drove it it while it was opened. closed it while it was still hot under the hood and walah!! no more moisture. i just thought the P-car being new had a different problem as i have never opened it previously. but it seems on assembly, the air being trapped has moisture.
