You guys totally missed Gravedgr's point here. His issue was not with the shipping company, it was with the Seller.

4/22 - He paid for the shifter.
5/10 - Contacted the seller to ask it it had been shipped. Seller's response was "yes" it had shipped.
5/18 - The shifter was accepted by USPS for shipping.
5/20 - Shifter delivered.
