lowering springs can possibly damage all shocks, but with PASM.. springs retain your PASM settings, a spring with 1" or so lowering will not put that much stress, the problem comes with more then 1" drop.

his quote was about right, 300 for the uninstall oem, install new springs and remember it then needs an alignment.. ;-) and to be perfectly honest with you, install of the aftermarket is actually quite easy... installing OEM back is difficult because everything is "longer" than the aftermarket and takes more work to get it in.
